Jim & Gwen Monaco To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation letter on behalf of the outstanding services my husband and I received through Jim & Gwen Monaco. As we were looking to sell and purchase our second home, we did not have a lot of experience among realtors. To be honest, we were a little hesitant to work with a realtor as we had heard some stories in the past from friends of not so pleasant experiences. We actually met Gwen & Jim by accident. I had located a home of interest and placed a call to inquire further information. Little did I know that Gwen & Jim Monaco were advertising the same home. I placed a call to Gwen and from the moment I spoke to her I knew she would become my realtor! Gwen was full of energy, friendly, honest, and most importantly client centered and focused on our specific desires. Her knowledge and motivation was evident in her work. Although the original home of my interest did not become the home we purchased, my interest in working with Gwen grew. My husband and I were introduced to her husband Jim whom was also very welcoming and accommodating to our stated desires and needs. Both Gwen & Jim provided us invaluable feedback on tips for assisting us in selling our home and purchasing. I am very proud to say with the assistance of Gwen & Jim that we sold our home in 3 days, not to mention in a slow paced market in AZ! We were ecstatic that our home has sold so quickly and feel confident that their guidance and assistance contributed to the positive outcome. Once our home sold, Gwen & Jim assisted us in our search for the home of our dreams. We were anxious to move into a larger home as we had outgrown our previous one. As our son would be entering elementary school, the community and school district in which we reside was critical. Jim & Gwen again listened to our needs and took them into consideration when showing us prospective homes. It did not take us long to find the home that was perfect for our family! Jim & Gwen advocated for us on behalf of other agencies and negotiated on our behalf with both the buyer of our old house to the seller of our new house to ensure that we were treated fairly. Gwen & Jim were also flexible in meeting us around our work schedule as needed which was helpful. Gwen & Jim continued to provide support and advocate for us even after we had moved and settled into our new home. Nine months later, our hot water heater began leaking so we called our home warranty. We were extremely disappointed after receiving the run a round and found out that we could purchase a water heater on our own for a cheaper price which we ended up doing! I briefly mentioned my frustrations with Gwen and immediately she called our home warranty and had a refund check for the water heater in the mail. Gwen & Jim have gone above and beyond their responsibilities to us! This is one example of the many outstanding services they have provided us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gwen & Jim Monaco. In fact, my parents moved to AZ shortly after and I recommended their services. They are now happily in their new home thanks to the assistance once again of Gwen & Jim. Gwen & Jim were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to our friends and family again!
